PHOLOSANG (Proprietary) Limited Registration number 2010/016735/07) is a multi- disciplinary consultancy company that offers a range of services to companies with a special focus on Black Economic Empowerment businesses or companies with a BEE shareholding.

The shareholders of the Company are professionals and business people, who on average have approximately 20 years experience in their respective areas of expertise. They started and managed professional firms and businesses and served as directors on both public and private sector boards.

The democratic government has since 1994 introduced policies and legislation that seek to de-racialise the South African economy. It has done this through legislation such as the Employment Equity Act no 55 of 1998 and the Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment Act no 53 of 1993.
